Miss Monochrome is only an eight minute long anime. Most animes that are this short only have an ending or an opening. Then for the one that it does not have, the credits roll while the show is finishing up or starting. Miss Monochrome does not do this, it has an opening and an ending. Both aren't really that spectacular or eye catching. The opening is very generic and just shows Monochrome in various situations. The ending seems more like a music video then any thing else. Were that does fit with the theme of the show, it really don't add any thing to it.
Honestly since the show really isn't saying much or doing much, the writers and creatures may actually need both the ending and the opening. That way they don't have to worry about the show filling the whole time slot.
