May Tomorrow be Another Good Day
Minami really hit the nail right on the head when she said the Usagi is a grade schooler. She acts like a small child in many ways. Like not wanting to study or liking snack time at the Railway Club. Then when she is talking about summer vacation. All she wants to do is play and have fun. She even is putting her homework off till the very end of her vacation. Also going as far to say that she'll just copy Tokiwa's homework. For her book report she's just going to read notes on the book then do the report. The play time and snacks may be a grade schooler, but that sounds like an american teenager. It's interesting that, that behavior is considered childish in Japan.
The Railway Club is like her mothers. All trying to make her do homework and study. They also tell, like a small child, to get home safely and to be careful. Tokiwa even treats her to a drink for her "good" grade. If call 68 a good grade, that is. I guess that is good for Usagi.
