The opening starts off with woman in bondage and underwear. It completely sets the tone for the whole show. It's as if the opening shouts, this show is going to have sex, drugs, and violence. Which is wonderful.
The animation is very reminiscent of the manga. Especially since it's mostly in black and white. The song works really well. It lets you know that this is going to be a fun ride, but if you're not careful you will get hurt.
Unlike the opening that gets you pumped up and ready for the show. The ending shows the more serious side to the series. Because this isn't all fun and games. People die, there are consequences to every action and not every one comes out unscathed. All these characters are broken in some way or an other. They have their own personal demons that they are facing and have to live with.
As far as endings go it's pretty average. Nothing new or interesting is going on. Many anime endings are just the characters standing there. It's just an image that the credits can roll over. It's not always a bad thing it does it's job. But, it's not something you could watch over and over again, unlike the opening.
